However, the court has the power to grant the same relief with regard to children, support and property division in an annulment as it does in a divorce.

There are Some Cases Where Grandparents Have Rights in a Divorce

While there are no laws granting visitation rights to grandparents specifically. However, in this state, grandparents with close emotional ties to the grandchild can petition for visitation rights.
